Return & Refund Policy
If you’re not happy with your purchase for any reason, you have 180 days from the delivery date to return it and request a refund. Just follow these simple steps:
Step 1: Check Your Eligibility
Make sure you’re still within the 180-day return window. You can confirm your delivery date by checking your tracking number on the carrier’s website.
Step 2: Contact Our Support Team
Email us at support@institutoexperience.com.br with the subject “Refund Request” and let us know you’re not satisfied with the product.
Step 3: Return the Bottles
Send all bottles (used or unused) to the address below. Don’t forget to include a note with your full name, email, and order ID (if available) so we can process your refund quickly.

You must return all bottles and the original packing slip.
Return shipping costs are not covered.
Step 4: Receive Your Refund
Once we receive your package, we’ll process your refund within a few days. You’ll get an email confirmation when it’s done. Depending on your bank or credit card provider, it may take 5-10 business days for the refund to show up.
